Installing the AI Chat Widget

The Support AI widget powers live chat and your AI assistant on your website. It takes just one snippet of code to get started.

📌 Option 1: Manual Installation

1. In your Support AI dashboard, go to Settings > Install Widget.

2. Copy the JavaScript snippet.

3. Paste it just before the closing </body> tag on your website:

4. Save and publish your site.

⚙️ Option 2: WordPress Plugin

If you use WordPress, we’ve made it even easier:

1. Install the Support AI plugin from the WordPress Plugin Directory
2. Paste in your widget ID from the dashboard.
3. Click “Save” — you’re live.

Tip: You can customize your widget’s colors, icon, and behavior under Widget Settings.
