Creating your account

Getting started with Support AI takes just a few minutes. Here’s how to create your account and get up and running:

1. Go to supportai.com and click Get Started.
2. Enter your email address and set a secure password.
3. Choose your workspace name — this is usually your company or product name.
4. Invite teammates (optional) or skip for now — you can add more later.
5. You’ll land in your dashboard, ready to install the widget or create your first bot.

Need to switch workspaces later?
Click your profile icon in the top-right corner and select “Switch workspace” or create a new one.
